To create an account, click on the “Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our homepage. Fill in your details and follow the prompts to complete your registration. 

You will need to provide your name, email address, and a password. Optionally, you can add your shipping address and payment information for a faster checkout experience at the brand site. )does it mean that technically when I place my order from the merchant, does it automatically add my shipping address?) 

Creating an account allows you to track your orders, receive exclusive offers, and of course earn cashback when making eligible purchases.  

Log in to your account, navigate to the “My Account” section, and select “Account Information” to update your details. 

Click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it. 

• Log into your account at Borderfree.com, select “Edit Details,” choose “Deactivate Account,” and confirm your selection.  

• After deactivation, you will receive a confirmation email. You won’t be able to log in, but you can still check recent order tracking via  Order Status. 

To subscribe or unsubscribe from Borderfree.com emails, log into your Borderfree account, go to “Edit Details” in account settings, adjust the “Email Preferences” checkbox, and save your changes. You can also click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email from Borderfree.com.
